SpinWin Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and SpinWin ("SpinWin", "we", "us", "the platform"). They govern all access to and use of the SpinWin website, mobile application, games, promotions, payment services and any other features offered through the platform.

By creating a SpinWin account, accessing the platform, making a deposit or placing a bet of any kind, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the SpinWin platform.

SpinWin reserves the right to update, revise or supplement these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and use a SpinWin account, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. SpinWin does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register or use the platform in any capacity.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited under local laws.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person, or managing an account for a third party.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended or banned from SpinWin for violating these Terms.

SpinWin reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed. Any winnings accrued prior to verification being completed may be withheld pending the outcome of that process.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the SpinWin platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances being forfeited.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, a valid contact number and any other information requested during the registration process. SpinWin relies on this information for identity verification, payment processing and communication with you.

You must keep your registration details up to date. If any information changes — including your contact number or payment details — you are responsible for updating your account accordingly. SpinWin is not responsible for failed payments or communication issues resulting from outdated account information.

• One account per person, per device and per household.
• Registration information must be accurate and kept current.
• Accounts registered with false identities will be closed without notice.
• SpinWin may require identity documents (CNIC, passport or similar) before processing withdrawals or at any point during account verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your SpinWin username, password and any other access credentials associated with your account. You must not share your login details with anyone under any circumstances.

All activity that takes place on your SpinWin account — including bets placed, bonuses claimed and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility, whether or not you personally carried out those actions. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify SpinWin support immediately by contacting us at [email protected].

SpinWin will not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from:

• Your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• Sharing your account details with another person, whether voluntarily or otherwise.
• Unauthorised access that occurs due to your own negligence.

SpinWin operates entirely in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, balances, bets, winnings and withdrawals are denominated and processed in PKR. There are no conversion steps, no additional exchange rate costs and no hidden currency fees applied to player accounts.

Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards and other mobile wallets as made available on the platform from time to time. Minimum and maximum deposit limits applicable to each payment method are displayed during the deposit process.

• Deposits are credited to your SpinWin balance once confirmed by the relevant payment provider.
• SpinWin does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — the payment account used must belong to the registered account holder.
• In the event that a deposit is made in error or through an unrecognised method, SpinWin reserves the right to reverse the transaction.
• Deposited funds that are not associated with a verified account may be held pending identity confirmation.
• SpinWin is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, mobile network conditions or banking system processing times.

By depositing funds, you confirm that the money deposited is your own and is not proceeds from any unlawful activity. SpinWin reserves the right to request documentation substantiating the source of deposited funds at any time.

Withdrawal requests may be made at any time, subject to the following conditions being met:

• Your account must be fully verified — identity documents must have been submitted and confirmed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to your current balance must be satisfied before the relevant portion of your balance becomes withdrawable.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment account registered in the same name as your SpinWin account.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the withdrawal section of your account.
• SpinWin aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times can vary depending on the payment method selected and any verification requirements that apply.

SpinWin reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. This may include requesting a copy of your CNIC or other government-issued identification, a recent utility bill or confirmation of ownership of the payment account to which funds are being sent.

SpinWin offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback and seasonal promotions tied to events such as PSL season and T20 international cricket series. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the point of each offer:

• Each bonus offer can only be claimed once per eligible player unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and are subject to a wagering requirement — the specific multiplier and eligible games are stated in the individual bonus terms.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been completed in full.
• SpinWin reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Attempting to claim a bonus through multiple accounts, through collusion or through any form of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and carry no cash value outside of the wagering process.

All games available on SpinWin — including Live Casino tables, Slots, Bingo, Fish Games and Casino table games — operate according to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall take precedence unless specifically stated otherwise.

SpinWin is committed to fair and transparent gaming. Game outcomes in RNG (Random Number Generator) titles are determined by certified random processes. Live Casino games are operated with live dealers whose conduct is governed by the same fairness standards.

• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted cannot be cancelled by the player after the outcome has been determined.
• In the event of a technical error, malfunction or disconnection during a game, SpinWin will apply its fair resolution policy — in most cases, bets affected by proven technical faults will be voided and stakes returned.
• SpinWin reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of technical failure, data error or any external compromise of game integrity.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the SpinWin platform. Any player found to have engaged in any of the following will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and may be subject to further action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in Live Casino or tournament settings.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in any part of the SpinWin platform.
• Opening multiple accounts in order to claim bonuses more than once ("bonus abuse").
• Depositing funds derived from unlawful activities or attempting to use SpinWin for money laundering.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or disputing legitimate transactions through payment providers.
• Impersonating another person or using a false identity during registration or verification.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing SpinWin staff, live dealers or other players in any communication channel.

SpinWin operates a multi-tier VIP programme designed to reward regular players with escalating benefits as they progress through the tiers. VIP membership is determined by SpinWin at its sole discretion based on platform activity and overall engagement.

VIP benefits may include higher withdrawal limits, exclusive access to certain Live Casino tables, dedicated customer support, PKR cashback offers and personalised promotional offers. The specific benefits at each VIP tier are published within the VIP section of the platform.

• VIP status is not guaranteed and may be reviewed, adjusted or removed by SpinWin at any time based on changes in account activity.
• VIP benefits are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred to another account.
• Abuse of VIP privileges, including attempting to exploit VIP withdrawal limits through rapid cycling of funds, will result in removal from the programme.
• SpinWin reserves the right to modify VIP tier benefits or the structure of the programme at any time with reasonable notice published on the platform.

SpinWin is committed to promoting responsible gaming habits among all players. Gaming on the platform should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — it should never be treated as a way to generate income, recover financial losses or substitute for professional financial planning.

SpinWin strongly recommends the following practices to all players:

• Set a clear PKR session budget before you begin playing and stop when that budget is reached.
• Set a time limit for each gaming session and take regular breaks.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the SpinWin platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or republish any content from the SpinWin platform.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or extract the source code of any SpinWin software or application.
• Use SpinWin branding, logos or game content for any commercial purpose without written permission.
• Create derivative works based on SpinWin platform content or design elements.

SpinWin provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, interruptions or technical issues.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, SpinWin shall not be liable for:

• Loss of winnings or inability to complete a bet due to technical failure, internet connectivity issues or third-party service disruptions.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a player's account where the player has failed to maintain the security of their credentials.
• Indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages of any kind arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by payment providers, mobile network operators or banking institutions.

SpinWin's total aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the value of funds held in that player's SpinWin account at the time the relevant claim arises.

SpinWin reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect player rights or obligations — SpinWin will make reasonable efforts to notify active players through in-platform notifications or by the contact details registered on account.

The version of these Terms currently published on this page represents the Terms in effect at this time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent changes were made. Continued use of the SpinWin platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you disagree with any change to these Terms, your remedy is to cease using the platform and request closure of your account through our support team.
